广联达BIM土建计量平台GTJ（后文简称GTJ）是一款帮助工程造价企业和从业者解决土建专业估概算、招投标预算、施工进度变更、竣工结算全过程各阶段算量、提量、检查、审核全流程业务，实现一站式的BIM土建计量的计量软件，其基本功能如下图所示。

综上所述，GTJ既是造价专业学生进行土建工程计量算量的必要工具，也是后期运用BIM技术进行工程管理的必要环节，而GTJ软件使用较为简单易上手，必要功能体量不大，可以在较短时间内快速掌握。因此GTJ软件技术应用课程既可独立进行学习，也可作为支撑BIM技术应用课程的重要一环，完善课程整体资源。

To sum up, GTJ is not only a necessary tool for students majoring in construction cost to carry out quantities measurement and calculation of civil works, but also a necessary link using BIM technology for project management in the later stage. Moreover, GTJ software is relatively simple and easy to use, has a small size for the necessary functions, and can be quickly mastered in a short time. Therefore, the GTJ software technology application course can be studied independently, and can also be set as an important part of the BIM technology application course to improve the overall resources of the course.

现将本课程设计为网络微课，包含课程资源包，课时设定为19课时，供任课老师根据学生情况灵活选择。
