洼田饮水试验操作如下：

The procedure of Kubota water swallowing test is as follows:

1.协助老年人取坐位或者头高侧卧位(健侧在下方)

1. Assist the elderly in assuming either the seated position or the head-elevated lateral position with the unaffected side down

2.反复唾液吞咽试验，确认有吞咽动作

2. Repeat the saliva swallowing test to verify the functionality of swallowing

3.协助老年人喝下一茶匙水(约5毫升)，无呛咳才能实施洼田饮水试验

3. Assist the elderly in consuming a teaspoon of water (approximately 5 ml). The Kubota water swallowing test can be conducted only if there is no occurrence of choking cough

4.协助老年人一口咽下30毫升温水，整个试验过程不能说话，不限制时间

4. Aid the elderly in swallowing a single intake of 30 ml of warm water. It is important for the elderly to refrain from speaking throughout the entire procedure, and there is no time limit imposed

5.观察老年人饮水所需时间及呛咳情况

5. Observe the duration required for the elderly to drink water and any occurrences of choking cough

6.根据结果给出正确的判断。5秒内能顺利1次将水咽下为I级；超过5秒或分2次以上，能不呛咳将水咽下为II级；能1次咽下，但有呛咳为III级；分2次以上咽下，但有呛咳为IV级；频繁呛咳，不能全部咽下为V级。

6. Give correct judgment based on the results of water swallowing test as follows. Grade I: The elderly can smoothly swallow the water in a single intake within 5 seconds; Grade II: The elderly can swallow the water without experiencing choking cough for more than 5 seconds or more than 2 times; Grade III: The elderly can swallow the water in a single intake, but experiencing choking cough; Grade IV: The elderly swallows the water for more than 2 times, but experiencing choking cough; and Grade V: The elderly fails to fully swallow the water, with frequent choking cough.
